The story behind this beautiful transparent angel ......
Just after Christmas 2020 a neighbour, Amelia, brought a damaged, stained glass angel to E-J to mend. Amelia had bought it at Edinburgh Festival twenty years prior. Both Amelia and E-J admired the slender, quirky angel and, after mending, E-J began drawing her own version of Amelia's Angel and this is the end result. The glass used is discarded stained glass from a local church window - pretty apt for an angel!?
E-J makes the angels at The Giant's Causeway in The Boat House Gallery. They are also available to purchase and come delicately packaged in tissue and in a postable, recyclable presentation box.
